Sheila is a certified and nationally registered yoga teacher through Integral Yoga Institute of New York City and the Yoga Alliance. Sheila approaches yoga practice as an opportunity to begin again, another chance to remember who we truly are, another possibility to find joy in being fully alive. Her teaching focuses on a gentle, slow flow, and encourages students to discover their own selves and how best to nurture and express themselves.

Sheila is available as a speaker and as a teacher. Please contact her for more information.

Sheila and her husband, Nick Terzi, have a daughter, Genevieve and two sons, Cole and Thomas.
